PhD Workshop

25 June – Saturday

This is an opportunity exclusively for PhD students attending the DC2022 conference. For small additional fee (see registration page), you can attend a full-day training on Saturday 25th June with experts in the field of concrete and digital fabrication.

The morning session offers a series of lectures on materials, and in the afternoon session you will have ‘workshop-style’ training courses with the option of either learning toolpath and robotics skills through HAL software, or training on metrology equipment for measurement and quality control.

Prior to attending these workshop sessions, you’ll be asked to choose one on a ‘first come first served’ basis and we will split the attendees in half between these sessions in order that everyone gets the best experience.
